Eddy current separator is mainly used to recycle copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals from domestic garbage, industrial waste, electric waste, glass waste, bottom ash of boiler, automobile scraps etc. It can be widely used in garbage processing, used electric equipment recycling and non-ferrous metals process fields, like:
1. Electronic waste disposal (electrical household appliances dismantling line, refrigerator dismantling line, computer dismantling line etc.)
2. Separation of aluminum cans and ferrous metals
3. Separate non-ferrous metals from the bottom ash of boiler
4. Separate aluminum or copper block from the sections of abandoned cars.
5. Separate non-ferrous metals from the glass scrap
6. Separate non-ferrous metal impurities in some production lines(such as plastic recycling production line)
7. Separate non-ferrous metals from recycled plastic doors and windows
8. Separate non-ferrous metals from the wood
It has a good separating result for multiple non-ferrous metals, strong adaptability, reliable structure, strong repulsion (adjustable) with high separating efficiency
When the machine running, it will produce high frequency alternating magnetic field on magnetic roller; if conductive nonferrous metal go though the magnetic field, it will produce induced current and this induced current will produce magnetic field opposite with original magnetic field, then the nonferrous (for example, aluminum, copper etc.) metal will fly ahead according its transporting direction by repulsive force of the magnetic field, hence, nonferrous metal is separated from other non-metal material. Main standard: ratio of material's conductivity and material's density; material with high ratio is more easy to be separated than material with low ratio
