The Aluminum Stranded Wire Cutting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed for precise and efficient cutting of aluminum stranded wires or cables into specified lengths. The dust catcher will keep the environment friendly, meanwhile, the magnetic separator will sort the Al from steel chips. after cutting the final products could under 30 mm. 
The steel strand crusher primarily relies on high-speed rotating blades to shear and impact copper-clad steel strands, breaking them down into smaller fragments. During this process, a motor drives the blades to rotate rapidly; as soon as the strands enter the crushing chamber, they are immediately severed by the blades. Throughout the crushing operation, the volume of the material continuously decreases until it reaches the desired particle size, whereupon it is discharged through the outlet, thereby preparing it for subsequent processing stages.
Various types of scrap copper-clad steel strands are suitable for recycling and reuse; whether discarded in the power or telecommunications sectors, these strands can be effectively processed through shredding.
