Working Principle
Material Entry: The material enters into the crushing chamber from the top or side inlet, and falls down naturally under the force of gravity without additional pushing device, which reduces energy consumption and also avoids the clogging problem caused by forced feeding.
High-speed impact crushing: The vertically mounted spindle rotates at high speed under the drive of motor and belt/gear drive, driving the hammer head or blade fixed on the spindle to rotate together, and impacting the falling materials violently. The material is repeatedly impacted, sheared and rubbed between the hammer head and the liner plate, and is gradually crushed into fine particles.
Discharge: the crushed particles are filtered through the screen (if any), the particles that meet the requirements are discharged, and the oversized particles continue to be crushed. No screen model relies on wind or gravity to crush the fine materials directly from the bottom or side of the discharge port, can be directly into the next process, such as mixing, fermentation, etc..
Structure
Frame part: usually made of high-quality carbon steel plate, channel steel welding, after strict product qualification and specific process, with sufficient strength and stability, can support the weight of the entire equipment to ensure that the equipment will not be shaken or vibration in the process of operation.
Rotor crushing part: it is the core part of the crusher, its rotor structure is novel and reasonable design, adopting upper and lower double-layer blades or multiple sets of hammerheads for crushing. The internal liner is generally made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, such as high chromium alloy, not only durable and wear-resistant, but also effective in preventing the material from sticking to the wall, so that the material can be fully crushed in the crushing chamber.
Transmission connection part: mostly adopts flexible belt transmission, driven by the motor pulley, belt, directly to the spindle, so that the spindle rotates at a high speed, in order to achieve the desired crushing effect. This kind of transmission has the advantages of smooth transmission, low noise, easy maintenance and so on.
Feeding and discharging device: the feeding port is located at the top or side of the equipment, usually designed with a feeding hopper, which is convenient for the input of materials and can control the feeding speed of materials. Discharge port at the bottom or side, the crushed material through the discharge port out of the equipment, the size and shape of the discharge port according to the capacity of the equipment and the characteristics of the material design, to ensure that the material can be discharged smoothly.
