The Aluminum Stranded Wire Cutting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed for precise and efficient cutting of aluminum stranded wires or cables into specified lengths. The dust catcher will keep the environment friendly, meanwhile, the magnetic separator will sort the Al from steel chips. after cutting the final products could under 30 mm. 
The operating principle of the equipment is relatively complex; as the cutting tools rotate at high speeds, they demonstrate exceptional shearing and impact capabilities, enabling highly precise processing of copper-clad steel strands. The motor provides a steady supply of power, ensuring that the cutting tools maintain continuous high-speed rotation to efficiently complete the strand-cutting task. Once the strands enter the shredding zone, they are instantly and rapidly severed by the cutting tools. Throughout the entire shredding operation, the material undergoes continuous size reduction, ultimately exiting through the discharge port in the form of appropriately sized granules, thereby laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing stages.
Recycling of steel strands from decommissioned bridges and buildings; disposal of retired steel-reinforced aluminum conductors from power grids; and raw material pretreatment for metal recycling plants.
