The Aluminum Stranded Wire Cutting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed for precise and efficient cutting of aluminum stranded wires or cables into specified lengths. The dust catcher will keep the environment friendly, meanwhile, the magnetic separator will sort the Al from steel chips. after cutting the final products could under 30 mm. 
It primarily employs a dual-shaft shearing working principle. By utilizing two counter-rotating cutter shafts, it severs materials-much like a pair of scissors-through the combined forces of tearing, squeezing, and shearing generated between the cutters. Its most distinctive features are low rotational speed and high torque; this effectively prevents highly tenacious steel wires from entangling around the rotors, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
The steel strand crusher boasts high crushing efficiency, capable of processing large quantities of copper-clad steel strands within a relatively short timeframe. Its structural design is scientifically sound and rational, ensuring smooth operation and low noise levels, thereby creating a comfortable working environment for operators. Furthermore, the cutting blades exhibit excellent wear resistance and a long service life, which helps to minimize operating costs.
