The Aluminum Stranded Wire Cutting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed for precise and efficient cutting of aluminum stranded wires or cables into specified lengths. The dust catcher will keep the environment friendly, meanwhile, the magnetic separator will sort the Al from steel chips. after cutting the final products could under 30 mm. 
It primarily employs a dual-shaft shearing working principle. By utilizing two counter-rotating cutter shafts, it severs materials-much like a pair of scissors-through the combined forces of tearing, squeezing, and shearing generated between the cutters. Its most distinctive features are low rotational speed and high torque; this effectively prevents highly tenacious steel wires from entangling around the rotors, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
The steel strand crusher demonstrates exceptional performance within the crushing industry, exhibiting remarkable efficiency in processing large volumes of copper-clad steel strands.
