Structure

3. Head working part: the power is transmitted to the active roller shaft by the transmission wheel through the nylon pin coupling, the synchronous operation of the rollers is ensured by a pair of open gears, and there are specific bearings on both sides of the active and passive shafts as well as eccentric bushings and other parts for adjusting the pitch of rollers, which are mounted on the machine frame.
 
4. Crushing and separating working part: the material flows to the crushing chamber on the lower side after the roller extrusion, and with the rotation of the double-axis wolverine bar, the ball particles and return material can be separated.

Working Principle

This series of roller granulator adopts the principle of physical extrusion to process the powder material into the required shape granule, and its working principle is as follows: the belt and pulley are driven by the electric motor and transferred to the active shaft through the speed reducer, and synchronised with the passive shaft through the pair of gears and work in opposite direction.
