Structure

    Shredder body: the core part, usually consists of high-power knife shaft and wear-resistant blades, through the interaction of rotating blades to tear tires.
Feeding device: generally adopts high strength conveyor belt, responsible for conveying the whole package of waste tires to the shredder between the knife shaft.
Discharging device: with a number of different sizes of screens, which can screen out different sizes of tire particles.
Power system and transmission system: usually use an electric motor, through the speed reducer and other devices to reduce the speed, to provide stable power for the machine.

The motor drives the cutter in the crushing chamber through the transmission system, and the tires with outer diameter ≤ Φ1200mm which have been removed from the beads are fed into the feeding hopper by the conveyor, and the tires enter into the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper, and the cutter crushes the tires in the way of shearing and tearing. During the crushing process, materials smaller than or equal to 50×50mm will leak out from the round mesh screen and enter into the subsequent process; materials larger than 50×50mm will be returned to the crushing chamber through the round roller screen for cyclic crushing until the size of the rubber blocks meets the requirements and then discharged from the crusher.

The whole tire recycling plant will be controlled by the PLC, all the materials will be process inside of machines, there is REAL ZERO
