Product Description
Structural composition:

    Rotor: the core component, consisting of main shaft and several wear-resistant alloy teeth, responsible for material crushing and granulation.
    Cylinder: lined with wear-resistant steel plate or polymer material to prevent sticking.
    Transmission system: driven by motor + decelerator with adjustable speed (usually 20-50r/min).
    Rack and outlet: play the role of supporting structure and particle collection.
    Supporting system (optional): including belt conveyor, dryer, cooler, sifter, etc.
Principle of operation
The fermented organic material (moisture content of about 20%-40%) enters the granulator through the conveying equipment. The high-speed rotating churning teeth group will shear and squeeze the material, and roll over repeatedly in the cylinder body, so that the material is gradually agglomerated into small particles under the action of mechanical force and friction. The material is constantly compacted under the extrusion of the teeth and cylinder wall, forming uniform cylindrical or spherical particles (usually 2-8mm in diameter). The moulded granules are discharged through the outlet, and the unformed powder is returned to be granulated again.
