Some wheeled dumpers also have the function of automatic walking, which can be realised by setting the program to walk according to the predetermined route to improve the operation efficiency.
Turning device: Turning drum is the core component, its length and diameter vary according to different models. The turning teeth or blades on the drum are uniquely designed to penetrate deep into the material pile and fully turn, mix and push the material. The turning teeth are generally made of wear-resistant materials, such as high-strength alloy steel, in order to improve their service life and adapt to the requirements of long-time, high-intensity operation.
Power and transmission system: generally equipped with a suitable power engine or electric motor as the power source. The engine is usually used in outdoor large-scale operation sites, featuring high power and strong mobility; the electric motor is suitable for places with stable power supply, featuring low noise, simple maintenance and other advantages. The power is transferred to the tipping drum and travelling wheel through gears, chains or belts to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
Control system: Advanced wheeled stacker is equipped with intelligent control system, the operator can easily realise the adjustment of parameters such as starting, stopping, travelling speed and stacking speed of the equipment through the control panel. Some control systems also have the function of fault diagnosis and alarm, which can discover and prompt the problems of the equipment in time, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to carry out overhaul.
