Structural components
    Roller: It is the main working part of the granulator, usually a cylindrical steel cylinder, which rotates around the shaft under the drive of the motor to provide space and power for the material to roll and extrude.
    Driving device: including motor, reducer, coupling or belt transmission system, etc., to provide power for the rotation of the drum, and can be adjusted through the control of the motor speed to adjust the rotating speed of the drum to adapt to different granulation needs.
    Feeding device: generally consists of feeding hopper and feeding pipe, which feeds the fertiliser raw materials to be granulated into the drum evenly.
    Discharging device: located at the other end of the drum, it is used to discharge the granulated fertiliser particles out of the drum, and is usually connected to the subsequent screening and packaging equipment.
    Lining: In order to prevent the material from sticking to the drum wall and to improve the wear and corrosion resistance of the drum, the inner wall of the drum is usually lined, and the common lining materials are rubber sheet, engineering plastics or acid-resistant stainless steel plate.
    Lifting device: a lifting plate or coping plate is installed inside the drum, with the rotation of the drum, the material is lifted to a certain height, and then the material is allowed to fall down freely, so that the material can form a good tumbling and mixing effect inside the drum, and promote the formation of particles.
    Liquid Adding System: Including liquid storage tank, pipeline and nozzle, etc. It is used to spray appropriate amount of liquid such as water, steam or binder into the drum to help the material bonding and granulation.
Basic Principle: Fertiliser drum granulator mainly uses the rotating drum to make the materials roll, collide and squeeze inside the drum, through a certain amount of water or steam, make the basic fertiliser bonded after wetting inside the drum, and with the help of the force generated by the rotation of the cylinder, let the powdered fertilisers squeeze each other to gather into fertiliser particles.
