Principle of material turning: The rotating wheel, paddle or turning shaft drives the turning teeth to cut, throw and mix the material, throw the bottom material into the air, so that the material is in full contact with the air in the process of throwing, to achieve the mixing of old and new materials, break the material plate, increase the porosity, and promote the exchange of oxygen.
Principle of equipment movement: Wheeled turner relies on wheeled travelling device to move on the ground, which can move forward, backward, turn, go by itself along the track of fermentation tank (or strip stack), or move freely in the level ground, thus covering the whole heap for continuous turning.
Structural components
Turning system: It usually consists of several rotating discs or paddles with removable blades or toothed plates on the edges for crushing materials. The turner turns and agitates the fertiliser continuously, so that the fertiliser can be fermented quickly in a short period of time, thus improving the fertiliser efficiency.

Power system: motor or diesel engine is generally used as a power source to provide power for the turning machine walking, turning and lifting action.
Control system: composed of various sensors, controllers and electronic equipment, it can achieve automatic control of the equipment, automatically track and locate the operating position, and also automatically adjust the travelling speed and direction according to different terrain and environmental conditions to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
Application fields
Organic Fertiliser Production: Widely used in organic fertiliser plant and compound fertiliser plant, it is used to ferment and turn the organic materials such as livestock and poultry manure, agricultural waste, etc. to accelerate the decomposition and maturation of the organic materials, and to produce high-quality organic fertiliser.
