Working Principle: Fertiliser Cage Crusher is designed according to the principle of impact crushing, inside and outside the two sets of cage bars for high-speed phase rotation, the material from the inside out through the cage bar impact and crushing, crushing at the same time also play a role in mixing and homogeneity.
Structure
Frame: generally welded by the channel steel and other welded, used to support and fix other parts, such as the cylinder, motor, etc., to ensure the stability of the equipment in the process of operation.
Cylinder: welded to the frame, is the main place for material crushing, with rotor installed inside, forming a closed space to prevent material from splashing in the crushing process.
Rotor: including large rat wheel set and small rat wheel set, equipped with high-strength wear-resistant carbide cage bars. Rotor by the motor through the belt drive high-speed rotation, the two groups of rotors were rotating in the opposite direction, so that the material in the cage between the bars by repeated impact and shear.
Motor: Usually two motors are used to drive the big cage and small cage to rotate in the opposite direction, providing power for the rotation of the rotor.
Inlet and outlet: the inlet is located on one side of the cylinder, which is used to feed the fertiliser material to be crushed into the inside of the equipment; the outlet is underneath the cage, and the crushed material is discharged from the equipment through the outlet.
Application areas
Fertilizer production enterprises: for a variety of fertilizer crushing process, such as compound fertilizer production of calcium, ammonium, diammonium and other raw materials crushed, as well as urea and other single fertilizer crushed to meet the requirements of the production process of different fertilizer products.
Organic fertilizer processing plant: organic minerals, organic fertilizer raw materials can be crushed processing, block or particle size of the organic material crushed into fine particles, to facilitate the subsequent fermentation, mixing and other processes, to improve the production efficiency and quality of organic fertilizer.
