Product Description
wood chipper is used to different kinds of the wood scrap, like the garden waste, organics, wood stumps, wood building template etc to grind the material into chips by the rotor.
there are setting two diffferent types of the rotors, one is the rotor with the hammers, another is the rotor with the flying blade. this machine works to the material with the Nail.working principle.
the hammer ytpe wood chipper is working, the rotor drives the mtoor to rotate at high speed, woods evenly enter into the chipper, and are broken by the high speed rotary hammers, at the same time ,because the material density and gravity falls down to the screen which is fixed on the rotor, the qualified products will be discharged from the hole , the bigger products has to be processed by the crushing cavity.
this machine adops automatic hydraulic system and hydraulic buffer system, whose advantages are convenient device, fence of the automatic tensionor , the hydraulic cover system, lubrication etc. the full automatic controller cabinet to save the cost.
