The Aluminum Stranded Wire Cutting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment designed for precise and efficient cutting of aluminum stranded wires or cables into specified lengths. The dust catcher will keep the environment friendly, meanwhile, the magnetic separator will sort the Al from steel chips. after cutting the final products could under 30 mm.

Feeding System: Hopper + Conveyor Belt (featuring optional automatic/manual feeding modes) to prevent material entanglement and ensure uniform feeding;
Main Shredding Unit: Primarily utilizes a dual-shaft shear design (characterized by low speed and high torque-ideally suited for preventing the entanglement of steel strands); the cutter shafts are fitted with high-alloy, interlocking blades. Certain models feature auxiliary single-shaft or hammer-mill mechanisms;
Drive & Reduction System: High-power motor coupled with a hard-toothed gear reducer to deliver consistent and stable shearing force;
Sorting & Discharge Unit: Comprises magnetic separation (for separating steel from aluminum), a vibrating screen, and a dust-extraction fan to facilitate material classification and purification;
Control System: PLC-based control with emergency stop protection; allows for adjustable output particle size (typically offering two common range options: 1-4 cm and 3-18 cm).
