PET Plastic Washing Line

Introduction
The PET Plastic Washing Line is a fully automated system designed for recycling post-consumer PET bottles, flakes, and containers. It efficiently removes contaminants (e.g., labels, adhesives, dirt) and transforms waste PET into high-quality clean flakes, meeting the stringent requirements of recycled PET (rPET) production for textiles, packaging.

Key Components

1. Conveyor & Sorting System
   • Auto-fed conveyor belt with manual sorting station for removing non-PET materials (PVC, metals, etc.).
2. Pre-Crusher
   • Heavy-duty crusher to shred PET bottles into 10-20mm flakes.
3. Wash Unit
   • Alkaline solution washing to sort labels and adhesives.
4. Friction Washer
   • Intensive mechanical scrubbing for deep cleaning of flakes.
5. Float-Sink Tank
   • Density separation to remove impurities (e.g., PP, PE) and residual contaminants.
6. Rinsing & Dewatering
   • Multi-stage rinsing with fresh water + centrifugal dewatering (moisture ≤3%).
7. Drying System
   • Thermal dryer (hot air circulation) to achieve moisture content ≤1%.
8. Metal Detection & Quality Control
   • Magnetic separators and metal detectors to ensure purity.
