Material balling: Raw material powder is uniformly wetted by atomised water in the twin-shaft mixer, forming a ball nucleus with uniform particle size, and then sent into the balling disc. Dry powder granulation is directly added to the material in the pelletising disc and sprayed with appropriate amount of water. After the ball core enters into the ball disc, it moves along the parabola under the action of centrifugal force, friction and gravity. Due to the bonding and plasticity of the material, the ball cores bond with each other and grow up gradually in the process of movement.
Particle discharge: when the tilt angle of the disc, disc edge height, speed and moisture and other parameters, different particle size of the ball due to gravity, according to different detachment angle away from the disc edge downward rolling. In the process of rolling, the water inside the ball is continuously discharged from the surface, due to the bonding of the material and the natural volatilisation of the liquid film on the surface, so that the ball has a certain strength, and then with the rotation of the inclined disc body from the edge of the disc discharged out of the disc.
