Transmission device: it is composed of motor, reducer, belt wheel, chain wheel, gear and so on, which transmits the power to the cylinder body to make it realise the rotary motion.
Cylinder part: it is the core part of the drum granulator, usually cylindrical, inside can be installed with rubber plate liner or acid-resistant stainless steel liner, used to hold and handle materials, the length, diameter, rotational speed and inclination of the cylinder and other parameters will affect the granulation effect.
Frame device: used to support the whole equipment, generally adopting steel structure with sufficient strength and stability, and the inclination can be adjusted to meet different production requirements.
Pallet support device and wheel stopping device: the pallet support device is used to support the cylinder so that it can rotate stably, and the wheel stopping device is used to limit the axial displacement of the cylinder to ensure the stability of the cylinder in the process of rotation.
Feeding device: including feeding hopper and spiral fabric device, etc., which can feed materials into the cylinder evenly, ensure the distribution of materials in the cylinder uniformity, which is conducive to improving the quality of granulation.
Auxiliary devices: such as scraper device, rake device, water distributor device and so on. Scraper device can prevent the material from sticking to the inner wall of the cylinder; rake device can convey the moulded ball to the next process; water cloth device can spray the right amount of water to the cylinder to promote the agglomeration and granulation of the material.
