Structure
    Frame part: all the working bodies of the machine are installed and fixed on the frame, which is generally made of medium carbon steel plate and channel steel welded together, and there are lifting holes in the middle of the four corners of the frame, so that it can be used in loading and unloading.
    Transmission connection part: driven by the motor pulley, belt, reducer transmission, so that the head work, and another sprocket, chain transmission chain to the crushing and separation of the working part of the transmission reducer and the head of the working part of the transmission with nylon pin coupling meshing transmission drive.
    The working part of the head: the drive wheel is transmitted to the drive roller shaft through the pin coupling, the synchronous operation of the rollers is ensured by a pair of open gears, and there are specific bearings and bearing frames on both sides of the active and passive shafts, which are mounted on the frame.
    Crushing and separating working part: the material flows to the crushing chamber on the lower side after squeezing by the rolls, and the ball material and return material can be separated by the rotation of the double-axis wolverine.
Working Principle
 Power transmission: the belt and pulley are driven by the electric motor and transmitted to the active shaft through the speed reducer, and synchronised with the passive shaft through the pair of open gears, so that the two rolls work in opposite directions.
Material extrusion moulding: the material is added from the feeding hopper, and the material is forced into the gap between the two rolls by the running friction between the material and the rolls in the feeding system. Under the rotation of the rollers, the material will be brought in and extruded into pancake (sheet) shape.
Particle separation and screening: after falling down, the pancake-shaped material is broken into small particles by the crushing device, and then screened to get qualified particles.

Good product quality: high granulation rate, capable of producing granules of various sizes, high granule strength, and more significant increase in specific gravity than other granulation methods, which is conducive to the storage, transport and use of the product.
Flexible production capacity: according to the different models of equipment, the output range is wide, which can meet the needs of different production scales, from a few hundred kilograms per hour to several tonnes per hour.
