This process significantly reduces transportation costs and storage space while improving recycling efficiency.
Structure & Operation
The machine typically consists of a robust steel frame, hydraulic cylinders (main and auxiliary), a large feed hopper, and PLC-controlled systems. Using high-pressure hydraulic force (e.g., 2000KN thrust), it compresses car bodies or dismantled parts into dense bales (density up to 2000 kg/m³).
