Crawler turning machine is a kind of equipment used for organic solid waste treatment, mainly put animal manure, plant straw, domestic rubbish, dregs cake meal and other organic fertilizers on the ground piled up into a long pile, through the turning machinery for turning, so that the material degradation and stabilisation.
Use: It is suitable for the tank aerobic composting of organic solid waste such as animal and poultry manure, sludge, rubbish, straw, etc. It is the necessary equipment for the production of bio-organic fertiliser.
Working Principle
Power transmission: usually powered by a diesel engine, part of the power generated by the diesel engine through the belt pulley deceleration drive, drive the turning drum rotation, providing the main turning power for the turning operation; the other part of the power through the diesel engine's sub-power box output, used to drive the hydraulic pump.
Travelling system: driven by the hydraulic system, the travelling track drive motor drives the track to rotate, so that the dumping machine can walk freely in the workplace. By manipulating the relevant control valve lever in the hydraulic system, the movement direction of the travelling tracks can be controlled, so as to realise the forward, backward, left and right turns of the dumping machine, as well as the 180-degree in-situ turns and turnarounds.
Turning device work: the turning drum consists of two sections of left and right reverse spiral and the middle straight section of throwing teeth. When the turning drum rotates, the left and right sections of the reverse spiral will collect the triangular stacks of materials in the middle, and as the drum continues to rotate, the materials will be thrown backward to achieve the full mixing of the top materials and the internal materials.
